I have not fixed them. I accept that the voice will never say that the charge is full. I will continue to go by the steady white light on the headphones, to let me know that the charge is full.
Yes, i hit something on my laptop that cut out the sound on the left ear cup. I went to system preferences and fixed it.

Yes, but it didn't resolve the issue.
No sound in the left ear cup even when I use the audio cable and the device turned off.

Same problem here. Am out of warranty and this is already a replacement model after the ACH 700 failed during the warranty period entirely.
Dont buy the ACH 700. Good specs, works well until it does not, which is fairly likely to happen.
I will switch the brand.
