Hello Bose Team,
Today (23-July-2019) I got my new Bose QC 35 II. I was very excited about this. First thing after unboxing I tried the ANC because I bought this headphone only for this.
But somehow it's not working how it suppose to work. I am able to hear everything around nearby. It only reduces the noise maybe 20% to 25%.
When I connected it with the Bose Connect app then it automatically updated its firmware. But the problem remains the same.
I live in Switzerland and my contact number is ***edited by moderator***. Please help me with this.
What should I do?
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Bose Community.
I am very sorry to hear that you are having some issues with the ANC on your QC35 II's.

Does the ANC continue to not work whist connected to another device?
Can you also test your headphones with a cabled connection to see if this shows any improvements.
Does any difference in the ANC show when you toggle between the Low, High and Off settings?
We look forward to hearing from you.
Hello Bose Team,
I called Bose helpline number and they ask me to send the headphone to Bose and they will exchange it.
So last Saturday I already sent the parcel.
And yes I tested all way possible and as you suggest.
1. I tried with cable also but ANC is the same. (Reducing only 20% noise)
2. With High option, it reduces only 20%
3. With Low option, it reduces only 10%
So finally I sent it back.
