My BOSE 700 wireless headphones have previously connected perfectly to both my iphone and macbook air. Today they will connect and play from the iphone but will only connect and not play audio from the macbook. I have tried resetting the headphones, turning off iphone bluetooth and re-starting all devices multiple times. Any advice?
I downloaded the bose installer to try to update software but the application won't launch.

I would recommend clearing the pairing list on your headphones. You can do this by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear 'Device List Cleared'. Once complete, delete the pairing on your MacBook Air and try pairing again.
