I've bought an NC 700 (silver) from France (Louvre) several months ago and I live in Korea. I found the band of NC 700 is getting yellow and also got to know that many people have the same issue with the headphone. I have already contacted Korean service center and they required me to take the receipt with the gadget. However, I lost it. What should I do?
