iPhone 8, MacBook and iPad

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

I load my earphones, it tells me it is 100%, then after 5 minutes of use, it unloads itself to 0%

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

Everywhere

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

About two weeks ago

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Used a different cord to load

Left it overnight

Switched it on and off a couple of times

This certainly shouldn't be happening to the battery on your headphones. 

 

I recommend checking for firmware updates by visiting this link on a PC. If the problem continues, please contact local support to seek service.
