The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Bose 700 - 1 second press on the noise cancelling button does nothing.

this is my 3rd pair of bose 700. with the prior 2, when I pressed the noise-cancelling button for 1 second it lowed the music and activated full ambient sound until I press another button. With the latest pair I have, it doesn't work. literally, when I press the button for 1 second it does nothing. @bose another 1.4.12 issue? or maybe this third pair that I have is also faulty?

Have you tried any troubleshooting already?


Do you have any issues with other controls of your headphones or is it just this command?
