Bose 700 Bluetooth Regularly Disconnects from Zoom - on Mac

zoom meeting hangs

and my meeting is dead.

I have to turn off bose 700 and use my apple ear pods (these always work).

Very frustrated with bose.

One more problem: I have the app on the iPhone.  The app initially was able to connect to bose 700.

Later on, the app NEVER connects to bose 700 (even though blue-tooth is connected).

2. restart phone

3. restart mac

4. in mac, remove Bluetooth connection to bose 700

Re: Bose 700 Bluetooth Regularly Disconnects from Zoom - on Mac

How do you update the firmware when the app has literally never worked since I bought the 700’s a few months back? I’ve tried every fix to make the app work, never does.  Now the only think I use my Bose for on my computer is for zoom, and now they disconnect when I’m starting my meetings.  Total crap.

Hi Phi341,

If you want to update the headphones without using the app you can do this using our Device Updater on a computer. The on-screen instructions will walk you through this!

For help getting the app running correctly, however, check out the troubleshooting shown HERE as this will help you get this sorted!
