So I ordered the bose 700 charging case on Saturday, until today it was in process. Now it says completed but the charge has been taken off my card, hoping that it is still being shipped but having never experienced this I have no idea what's going on.

I'll be happy to assist you with your situation. When you make a purchase, the payment (charge) will not be taken from the card until the product has been confirmed as available and prepared for shipment. So it's likely that the order is processing and will be expected to ship sometime soon.
