The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Bose 700 Warranty

I got a pair of Bose 700 as gift from a friend and I registered them on the website.

On the website they look that they are under warranty.

He got them from someone from US and gave it to me.

I have the original package and serial number and all.

In Romania they are expecting from me to send them the invoice I get, but It was a gift and I don't have it.

What are my options? 

 

Today when I wanted to open them, after charging them, it didn't wanted to open.

In the right part the buttons and leds don't work.

When I connect the 2.5 to 3.5 jack the sound goes smooth and the button from the left part works.

Basically now I have a pair of Bose 700 on cable.

 

Please help me figure out this situation, because I get them on my birthday on the 20th of may and I love them.

To set your expectations early, for service options in your region you will need to go through Bose Romania via this link here as they are the only team with the tools to assist you. 

 

In regards to troubleshooting let's start with the power issue you are having, these steps here will resolve this for you.
