Re: Bose 700 bluetooth connectivity problem

Hi fawazalhosh,

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Bose Community - I hope you've enjoyed the sound of your NC700 headphones so far!

In regard to connectivity issues, does this occur with one particular device? Have you tried clearing the pairing list of the headphones and connected to a new device to test connectivity? Give this a try and see if things improve.

Please let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting and what devices are giving you trouble, and we'll be happy to advise further.

Hello pookey,

Thanks for joining the discussion!

It sounds like the pairing between your headphones and the Bluetooth transmitter has become corrupted. To remedy this, please refer to the transmitter's user manual for instructions on clearing the paired device list. On the NC700, press and hold the power button until you hear the voice prompt state the device list has been cleared. When you see the LED on the headphones pulsing blue, this means they are in pairing mode and ready to accept new connections.

Be sure to let me know how you get on. 😊
