The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. when connected to phone, on ph calls the other side cannot hear me at all

Can you please answer the following to provide us with further information on this issue: 

  • Does this issue occur with any other mobile devices or just the Xiaomi? 
  • Are you connected via Bluetooth or a wired connection? 
  • Have you tested different call platforms such as Whatsapp?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.

I factory-reset the phone, and it actually helped for a while, but now the headphones has come back to the same malfunctioning state: during a phone call, I can hear that other side but the other side cannot hear me.

 

Re your questions:

- I only have one phone, so the problem occurs with this phone. It is not happening when I'm connected to my PC.

- it's connected via Bluetooth.

- I'll test and come back with an answer

Ok re the 3rf point:

When I call using Whatsapp the other side can hear me well. When I use the phone app the other side cannot hear me at all. This was ok for a bit after factory-resetting the phone, but now is back.

Thanks for coming back to us Giora. 

 

This is certainly a strange issue. I would recommend that you clear the pairing list by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. Once complete, delete the pairing from your phone and re-connect.
