Bose Connect App

How do I connect my On-Ear headphones to the Bose Connect App? It pairs with my phone, but not with the Connect app. I.e. it does not show my headphones.. instead, it shows a “Thin White Duke” device..
Pls advise

Thanks for posting and updating me on this. 

 

I can confirm that your headphones aren't compatible with the Connect App! This will be why you can't connect them to the App.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. So that I can assist you further can you please confirm which headphones you have?

 

Firstly, I would recommend that you delete and reinstall the app to see if the issue persists, you can also connect to the headphones first via Bluetooth settings then open the connect app. 

 

Please update me on the result of this.

Thank you.
I already tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling.

The model of my headphones are: Bose SoundLink On-Ear.

I’m not sure if my headphones are in fact compatible with the app, as it does not show on the list of devices which have the app available. Could you please confirm this?
