I acquired QC15 recently. It connected without any difficulty with iPhone using connect bose app. That phone belongs to my wife; since she does not use it much while being at home, I can use it whenever I want. But when she is traveling which was the case recently, I must use my crummy iPhone 6 (we are fans of cellphones and we use them for emergency purposes or podcasts, etc). When I tried to pair it using connect bose, it never succeeded. it would try and then ask me to try later or some unhelpful message like that. After 20 tries, I decided to call technical support and I found them to be totally unhelpful. They claimed that I should not be able to "pair up" or use it without a cable. I asked the rep to convey my issue to their technical staff, which apparently she did, as after a month or more, finally, I got a response which essentially repeated what I was told on the phone. In any case, I found out about this forum and did see that Wayne had a related problem. Does anyone have encountered a similar problem and found a solution? Thanks a lot.
