Bose NC 700 Don't Connect to Bose Connect iOS App after upgrade to 9.0.1

After upgrading the Bose Connect app to 9.0.1 the app no longer recognizes my NC 700 headphones.

I am running iOS 13.2 Bose Connect 9.0.1 on a iPhone XS.

I have removed the Bose Connect App, unpaired the headphones from my iPhone and re-paired, re-installed the Bose Connect App with no improvement.

How do I get a refund this has been a disappointment since I pre-ordered them.

Hello davidbk,

Thank you for posting. I am sorry to hear about your experience with the NC Headphones 700.

The Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 are not actually compatible with the Bose Connect app. The associated application is the Bose Music app.

Please let me know if you have any trouble connecting to this.

Warm regards,
