Like others here, I'm experiencing MY voice sound (to others) being muffled, not clear, to totally distorted (sounds like double the speed). This happens A LOT.
The headphones are new, I bought 3 months ago.
My product is up to date.
I don;t know whether this is a faulty product issue, a software issue or are the 700 failing to supply good sound quality?

Regarding your issue, it sounds as though you have 'Self Voice' activated. You can change this in the Bose Music application under settings.
