I did not experience the red/white blinking led, however, I will share that i bought the new 700's a month ago, and I am extremely disappointed.
(Background: this is my 3rd nose NC set. I had 2 QC35's before that.
I use Samsung S10, iPad pro, and Thinkpad x1).
1. Battery drains too quick
2. Buttons locations are ridiculous. I always accidentally click the NC button on the left piece.
3. I get complaints constantly from people on the other side of audio and video calls that they can't hear me well.
4. The app rarely connects and when it does, it takes more than 30 sec to connect.
The hardware is what it is, but this is supposed to be your premium product... So at least get the software right...
