Bose NC 700 beeping noice

Hi,

Every time I pause or turn off my music, my headphone starts making a silent but irritating beeping noise. The only way to make it stop is to restart the music or to lower the noice cancelling level.

 

Any similar experience? Any hint on how to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Noise Cancelling Headphones 700. I'd be happy to help you today. 

 

To give me a better insight, can you please confirm: 

 

  • Does the issue occur when you pair to other devices?
  • Is the sound only audible while they are being worn (through the earcups) or is it an electronic sound you hear even if the headphones are not on your head?
  • Have you tried unpairing the headphones from your device?
  • Have you tried updating the firmware?

Finally, can you please provide a video/audio example of the beeping?

to awnser your questions:

  • Yes
  • Yes the sound is only audible while I am using them
  • Yes, I even tried deleting the app and resetting the headphones
  • Yes

 

I tied to record it but its barely audible
