When I attempt to connect my Bose 700 NC headphones to my iPhone through the Bose music app, the headphones are initially detected however when I press add product I face the error message - “Oops! something went wrong. We had trouble establishing an initial connection with your product.”
I have read some of the previous posts relating to this issue and have since tried:
- resetting the headphones
- clearing Bluetooth pair list - reinstalling the app
None of these have worked. Are there any other suggestions?
