Bose NC Headphones 700 - Unable to pair to ps4

Good Afternoon,

I recently brought the Bose NC Headphones 700 and I am having a hard time pairing them to my playstation4. Whenever i try to connect my headphones wirelessly i get a messge saying ps4, "does not support this device".

I found an older post where they talked about the compatiblity of the QC35s with the ps4 using an inline microphone solution. (https://community.bose.com/t5/Headphones-Archive/QC35-and-Game-Console-Compatibility/td-p/79712) However I havent seen anything about the bose NC 700. Do i need to purchase the inline microphone, would that solution even be compatible with the new NC 700? Any ideas on how to make it work?

inline microphone link:https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/headphones/headphone_accessories/quietcomfort-25-headphones-inli...

thanks

The PS4 does not support Bluetooth headsets. You have to buy a USB Audio to Bluetooth transmitter like the Creative BT-W2, and the mic won’t work on most hesdsets.
