Bose NC Headphones 700 touch controls don't work on windows

Hi,

After upgrading to the last fw version (screenshot below), the touch controls do not work on Windows 10. The controls worked fine up until the moment I upgraded to this version. I have tried the reset method mentioned in a different post here

Needles to say, this is a very important functionality, how do I fix it?

Thank you.

Hi @amelia_here

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue, I'll be happy to help!

I have tested this set up on my own headphones and have been unable to replicate your issue and the touch controls worked perfectly. Therefore, I would recommend clearing the pairing list on the headphones by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. I would also suggest deleting the pairing on your laptop as well and connecting like a new connection.
