Sorry If it's already answered before but my NC700s keeps saying connection failed after I click on my headphones in the select accessory window. I am running on Iphone XR IOS version 12.3.1.
I was however successfully able to connect to bose music app on an android phone and update the headphones to the latest version.
By the way, I have tried all the methods as suggested in the other thread.

I have tried all the steps mentioned. The same thing keeps on happening again and again.
After I select my headphones from the accessory window, headphones say they are connected to my Iphone and the app says connection failed.
As mentioned in the thread, this is an issue we are aware of and a fix is currently being looked into. If you do not wish to wait for the update, we would kindly recommend reaching out to support in your country here.
