I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 when connected to your computer. I'd love to help.
What is the make and model of your computer?
I'd initially recommend clearing the pairing list from your headphones. Hold the Power/Bluetooth button for approximately 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". Then, on your computer and any other previously connected device, delete the headphones from the native Bluetooth list.
Now reconnect the headphones and let me know if the same issue persists.
