Bose Noise cancelling 700 won't turn on

It was working fine for a few days. All of a sudden they aren't turning on. I'm sure they're charged as I charged them just a couple of hours ago. Tried pressing all buttons for a few seconds.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. I am deeply sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 and would love to assist you further. 


Firstly, I would recommend that you perform a product reset via: 


  • Disconnect all cables from the headphones
  • Connect one end of the USB cable to a USB-A wall charger or computer that is powered on
  • Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button while connecting the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the right earcup
  • Release the Power/Bluetooth button after 2 seconds


As well as performing an update on the headphones by connecting the headphones to a PC and using our Bose Online Updater.

Same problem.  The advice here doesn't work, it's just not charging anymore.
