Hi all, when I connect my Bose QC 25 to my windows 10 laptop the volume buttons do not work i.e. volume + and - do not work. Anybody else facing this problem and any solutions to this. Thanks in advance

Do you have the specific Apple or Samsung version? This may affect how the controls will work.
What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?
Also, do your controls work with other devices?

It seems that there is a communication problem to the Dell laptop as the cable controls are specifically developed for use on Samsung devices.
It may be beneficial for you to explore 3rd-party cables that are for use with Dell/Windows 10 devices. I am unable to make any recommendations but I invite any community members that may have experienced this and found a workaround to make suggestions.
