I have the exact same issue, i don't know if it's worth it to get the headset to service care or its something that affects every unit...

Thanks for writing in! I would recommend checking the source of the stream to see if there is any audio processing like compression or an EQ setup. Additional signal processing can cause these clipping issues as there is quite a bit of digital signal processing in the headset already.
