This has not fixed it for me. It now shows that I'm running 4.5.2 (it didn't when I first connected pre update from computer). Now it does, but still broken, no improvement. The High and Low are different from one another, but High is still garbage from previous.
Can't downgrade because the updater in Advanced mode only shows 4.5.2 as an option (no previous ones).

I have now sent my pair off today. I re updated to 4.5.2 via pc and noise cancellation was a bit better. However the wind noise was still a big problem. I dont know what was happening but the wind was louder than my music.
Hopefully the new pair will be better and I wont be updating them.

For the wind it is necessary to use low ANC mod 😉
For me what has changed in 4.5.2 is the reduction of voices around me that almost zero... (I made App, PC update and reset) no change

I have just updated my QC35II to the 4.5.2, and ANC seems did not work! I can hear everything even NC is high.
So you just turned down the ANC and make the Bose 700 better sold?
PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM ASAP!!!

Well, looks like that I'm lucky... I bought mines last 2018 May, and with the BTU app, it says that is the 2.0.1 version.... when in the mobile app says 3.x
there's something going on indeed. At least I'm going to hold this update until some good news regarding the new version came out.

I have been on the phone with Bose support for 1 hour and all they are saying is I have to pay to get a replacement. The firmware was auto-updated to my headphones, so why should I have to pay for a replacement. They won't even let me send my units in so they can compare.
I honestly just feel like selling all my Bose stuff right now.
