I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your QC35 II. I can imagine how frustrating this must be for you. I'll do all I can to assist!
I would recommend pushing the switch over to the Bluetooth icon for 10 seconds to clear the pairing list. I would then recommend deleting the paired devices on your source devices then connecting like a new connection.
