I'm sorry to hear you are having issues connecting your headphones to your Windows 10 computer.
If it worked previously, I would recommend trying the following:
Clear the pairing list:
- Slide and hold the power switch over to Bluetooth for 10 seconds, until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared.”
- On your computer, go to Bluetooth settings, then remove the headphones from the device list.
Next, you will want to add the headphones back in. Do not select LE as this is in reference to the Bluetooth Low Energy feature of the product. Let the scan complete and you will see the headphones appear on the list without 'LE.'
