-Bose Q35s fully charged, paired, and connected via Bluetooth to computer. Connection and sound usually without issues.
-Neither sound nor ANC is available. Tones to indicate power, bluetooth connectivity, etc., also not available.
-All lights functional.
-Bluetooth connecting without problems, both before and after bluetooth device list is cleared.
-Suggested reset sequence not possible because headphones will automatically turn on, even with power switch in off position, once USB is disconnected.

I apologize for the trouble you're experiencing with your QuietComfort 35 headphones - the issue you're having is definitely unusual.
The steps you've tried so far would be the standard recommendation, so you are definitely on the right path. You've found that no audio is being outputted from the headphones at all, regardless of what you try.
One last thing you could try is to use an audio cable directly from the headphones to your device and let me know if that gives you any audio.
