Hello
I got a brand new QC35II headphones, and while i am listening to music with high volume everyone can hear what i hear quite loudly. When i hear the same song with the same high volume with my simple 20$ headphones i got with my Samsung smartphone, no sounds are heard. how can that be that a 300$ product is having this problem? 😞
