Bose QC35ii Not working from the first day

Hi all.  I have recently bought a Bose QC35ii headphone this afternoon and I am sad to say that it doesn't work from the start.  When I charge it with the USB cable the charing button didn't light up.  And I have tried many times but seems I couldn't turn the headphone on.

 

Can somebody offer me any help?

Are you trying to turn the headphones on whilst they are charging?

 

Have you tried using an alternate charging cable and wall adaptor?
