My over ear Quiet Comfort for Mac headphones have stopped working properly. Even with a new battery, the green battery light blinks and the noise cancelling feature rapidly goes in and out and then stops working.
What is recommended?
I no longer have the receipt or packaging for them - would Bose accept them as faulty and replace them for me?
