Bose Quiet Comfort 35 recognition issues with Connect App and computer

My wife bought me a pair of Bose Headphones about 6 months ago and on my iPhone in the Bluetooth connection it reads Bose Quiet Comfort 35 and they connect to my phone with no issues.  When I try to use the Bose Connect App or even my computer to check for updates neither device recognizes the headphones.

What are the models of the devices you trying to connect to?

 

Lets clear the Bluetooth list of your headphones - Slide the power button to the right for 10 seconds until you hear 'Bluetooth device list cleared'
