I found this headphone in my closet and want to use it when I am on my SurfaceBook and Ipad doing Zoom calls. I do not see anywhere on my laptop or surfacebook to insert the prong?


What environment do you experience the issue in?

(noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

I would assume the Ipad requires a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter and the surfacebook probably requires a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter.


The effectiveness of these adapters can be temperamental.  For example I have gone through about 4 Lightning adapters (all 1st party from apple) before I found one that worked with the Bose properly.  I assume it's because they are so cheaply made.
