BOSE SOUNDLINK WHEN CONNECTED TO BLUETOOTH ONLY ONE SIDE WORK. BUT WHEN PLUGGED IN TO PHONE OR COMPUTER BOTH SIDES WORK. AND I TRIED TO CONNECT TO CONNECT APP AND IT'S NOT BEING SEEN..... SO I CAN'T UPDATE IT.

Let's start by clearing the Bluetooth device list for the speaker and reconnecting the devices. To clear the pairing list simply power on your product and press and hold the Bluetooth button for about 10 seconds until you hear a tone. Once this is done please remove the connection from your devices pairing list and reconnect the devices.
