I have a pair of Bose Soundlink over ear headphones. They work great for listening to music but when I get a call no one can hear me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. Please help... Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you are having some problems with your SoundLink On-Ear headphones.
For testing purposes, could you please record a video/voice note on your device whilst using the headphones. Then listen back and let me know if you are able to hear the audio?
I would also recommend performing a reset on your headphones. To do this, please follow these steps:
