Bose quiet comfort 15 headphones
Hello. Can you please assist? I purchased a set of quiet comfort 15 headphones several years ago and absolutely love them. However the green light will not power on and have discovered the little wire has broken. I have tried to make contact previously through the Bose whatsapp and have become really frustrated with the fact that Charles, Rishi, Jatin and now Jalina have replied, asked the same questions ...i give them the information and then hear nothing more! Can someone from Bose please respond so that I can open up a dialogue and get answers?
