Bose wireless AE soundlink gets choppy sound due to poor bluetooth connection with computer only.

I connected them to my windows 10 PC, and although they connected and are playing sound from the computer, they literally have to be an inch from the computer case or it breaks up. So I cant even have them on my head unless i crouch down next to the case. How is the connection so poor? can i fix this?

Hi smokex28,

Thanks for posting. I am so sorry to hear that. Could I ask a few questions?

  • Has the headphones ever worked properly with your computer? Or is this something new?
  • Does the headset work on a mobile device?

Please come back and let us know.

Hi, I also sometimes have this problem, although it seems to occur more with my iPad. It occasionally happens on my iPhone. Happens at various levels of charge. They are also up to date with the software.

Thanks Nathan.
