The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. Bose with windows 10 and Teams

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.) Not working properly with Microsoft Teams noice cancellation is not there during teams call. Surround noise from headset

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Bose headset was my dream!!! But i am disappointed as it is not working with Microsoft Teams properly. I purchased because Bose is known for quality and I want headset with Noice cancellation. When I am on Teams call there is surround noise which i hear for my surrounding.

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? Everywhere Microsoft teams call

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? it is new headset

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

i removed the Bose drivers from windows 10 after reading forums. After that it was connected to teams. Earlier Headset mic was not available in Teams options.
