Buttons not working - QC35

iPhone 12 on iOS14.6

ISSUE

- A high and constant beeping-sound keeps coming when I turn on my Bose QC35

- Also, the buttons do not work, and I cannot press play/pause + next song though it is connected to my iPhone

 

Can anyone help, please?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your headset. Let's perform a reset on the headset by following these steps here
