Thanks for reaching out to us today! I am deeply sorry to hear that you are unable to activate Bluetooth on your Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 and would love to assist you with this.
When you state that you can't activate Bluetooth do you mean that the headphones won't connect to any device via Bluetooth or can't be used with the Bose Music App as you need to enable Bluetooth?
If you have any screenshots of the issue also this will be very helpful. I look forward to hearing back from you in regards to this.
