Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble setting up your headphones with Alexa and I would be happy to help with this.
Just to clarify, at what point during the setup process are you running into difficulty? Does the Bose Music app give any error messages or codes at all?
Also, what device are you using the while attempting to set up Alexa? you would need both the Bose Music app and Amazon Alexa app on your phone to be able to add this to your headphones.
