Cannot pick up calls on my Bose 700 if it is connected to my iPhone and MacBook

As I said, I double tap on the right side and get small audio feedback but nothing happens. But if my phone is the only device connected before the call, I can pick it up. Is there a fix?

Didn't change anything. Holding the right ear cup for one second rejects the incoming call but I still cannot receive any incoming call if my MacBook and iPhone are connected to my HeadPhones
