Cannot sign into bose music app

I have searched the forums here and tried many things, including:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app many times and on different google play accounts. 

Creating accounts by email and by facebook

Turning my phone on and off.

Google chrome is my default browser

Location permissions are allowed on the bose music app

Cannot sign in on my samsung galaxy s9.

Just managed to sign in on my wife's iphone xr, still no luck on my Samsung.

Same here. I reset my bluetooth connections and reinstalled the app because off the "buzz and reboot" and stutter problems on my nc 700.

Right after I couldn't login anymore. Also I realised that everything works fine without the app. What do I even need it for?

Did you connect before?

If yes -
Did you change the name of headphones?

Are you trying to connect with the new Bose ID, headphones name and, and email?

This should work for you, if you was connected before:

Please make sure you have updated Android app to 3.4.1 version

1. Close app in task manager.
2. Turn on headphones.
3. Turn on app, do not click 'connect' button, just wait should be connected automatically.
4. If not, again close app in task manager, re-open, don't click 'connect', again wait around 30 seconds.

I tried those steps before, but it didnt help. Waited a day then it randomly started working, so idk 🤷‍♂️. Now my only issue is my nc700 either doesnt charge properly, or doesnt read out the correct battery level.
