Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. Sorry to read that you are having some Bluetooth issues with your headset and PC.
Let's start by ensuring that the Bluetooth drivers are up to date on the PC as well as ensuring that your headset is up to date. To make sure that the headset is up to date simply connect it to a PC via the USB charging cable and visit our online updater, once you are on the site please follow the on-screen instructions to update the headset.
