When I use the BOSE radar app and use the soundscape it automatically kicks me out of the app.I even turned off the phone, delete the app and also did it on a deferent device. And I am using the 700.

This is very strange that you are getting kicked out of the Bose Radar app, I am more than happy to help you out with this. I recommend that you try resetting the headphones.
To reboot your headset:
I would also make sure that your device's software is up to date.
