Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community.


I'm sorry to hear you're noticing an issue with the cushioning on your headphones, but we can get this resolved. The cushions are made from protein leather, which can naturally deteriorate over time with use. This can be accelerated by environmental factors such as heat and humidity, but we stock replacements!


To get hold of new ear cushions, reach out to local support to set up an order. The support team will be happy to get you the parts you need. Let me know how you get on and if you have any further queries!
