Customer care

Just purchased 700 headphones, will be returning them due to the following;

Bose lack of customer care, all left to a community forum.

Bose lack of detailed instructions, button on left ear cup, press and hold for conversation mode... how long do you hold it for, how do you get back out of it...

Bose lack of info about connections on the headphones...

Sorry but I do feel that either the user guide should come with them or, upon opening the box, a web address where they can be viewed/downloaded...

it took me an age, after loading the app, connecting the headphones, back and forth, back and forth, before finally finding a link within the app, but only when they are connected... not everyone is an IT expert, some of us just want NC headphones and to read how to use them. 
it’s a big market out there, we are not all young experts.
