Ear Cushions Crushing under Bose 700 Charging case

Hello,

I have bought Bose 700 with Charging case headphones from Costco (USA). After opening the headphones i see that Ear Cushions are getting crushed at the end. I thought its the issue with the charging box. I returned the box and then bought a new one again.

After opening the new one, i still see the same issue

Please see the below pics of my issue

is this common or something i should do to fix them ?

Hey rsunny2012,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Regarding your query, this isn't something I think you need to worry about. I would recommend that you make sure you have placed the headphones back to their shortest position before popping in the case.
