I need English language support in Japan.
My QC II needs replacement covers and I am willing to pay for it to be fixed. However, BOSE only sends my requests to the Japanese website which doesn't have English support.
It there a place where I can visit? I know that all stand-alone locations are now bankrupt and gone.

I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble getting hold of those replacement covers but I'd love to help. To confirm, do you own the QuietComfort II (2) headphones or QuietComfort 35 (series II) headphones?
